The role of the Trustee Board is to provide governance and oversight to the charity. It is staffed by non-executive members with relevant skills to help create strategic plans and make decisions regarding the execution of those plans, whilst providing support and guidance to the staff in their everyday roles.

The Trustees all subscribe to the Charity Governance Code.

The board consists of between 3 and 10 Trustees who hold regular meetings to assist the operational management on matters relating to Fund-raising, Financial Management, Events Management and Strategic Planning.
